Software Engineering Intern
San Francisco preferred · remote possible · Internship · Paid
We’re looking for a software engineering intern who wants to build a lot, learn fast, and be close to the very early stages of a company.
The product is still changing quickly, so this is not a perfectly scoped internship where you get one neat project and a manager checks in once a week. You’ll be working directly with the founders on real product and infrastructure problems.
You might work on
- Frontend and backend product features
- Agent creation and configuration flows
- Integrations with tools like Gmail, Slack, browsers, or messaging apps
- Developer experience for people building or sharing agents
- Internal tools that help us move faster
- Experiments that may become core product
Probably a good fit if you
- Have built real projects before, even small ones
- Can work in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
- Are interested in AI agents and the future of software
- Like startups and don’t need everything to be perfectly organized
- Can handle ambiguity
- Actually enjoy shipping things
Who it’s not for
This is probably not a good fit if you want a very structured internship, a slow onboarding process, or work that is mostly theoretical. We care less about your exact year in school and more about whether you can figure things out.
The goal
Leave with real shipped work, a strong understanding of how early-stage startups operate, and the feeling that you helped build something before it was obvious.
Stack
TypeScript, Next.js, Node, Python, LLM APIs, databases, cloud infra, and whatever else we need.
